Naturopathica's Bath Cures: Love your skin, treat your senses

Whether you've been working hard in the office, the garden, or on the treadmill, your body would love a little TLC at the end of the day. Am I right?

Well, I came across these amazing suggestions from Naturopathica, and since my body virtually wept with longing as I read over these protocols, it seemed selfish not to share.

First, let me describe to you these lovely, 100% natural oil blends. Naturopathica's Deep Forest Bath & Body Oil is quite simply amaaaaaazing. Aptly named, the subtle aroma is reminiscent of a forest after a rainstorm. The Alpine Arnica body oil is invigorating but not overpowering, and your muscles will immediately thank you for the treat. And if you're a fan of lavender, well, dip yourself in a tub after adding a bit of Naturopathica's Lavender Blossom Bath & Body Oil, and heaven will appear to have moved a bit closer to the earth.

Now that I have hopefully intrigued your senses, read on for Naturopathica's spa-inspired treatments featuring these gorgeous, healing, and soothing oils. You're welcome.

Hydrotherapy is an important part of natural healing. The therapeutic use of water can be either relaxing or stimulating to the circulatory and central nervous system and can strengthen the natural defenses of the body. Naturopathica Bath Cures utilize the beneficial properties of the water along with the therapeutic properties of plant extracts and essential oils. Bath Cures are an excellent at home care regimen for regular maintenance or after a spa visit.

Writing a blog can be difficult, but even with the odds, you’ve managed to get quite an audience. I highly recommend that you consider writing an ebook one day.
