Sante's Lotus & White Tea Line: Perfect for Right Now

I'll admit: Sometimes it's easy for me to get all caught up in each and every brand new natural product line that launches. I am so easily distracted by new, pretty, shiny things! Unfortunately, what ends up happening is I forget about the fabulous stuff that's already out there, even products I sell in my own store! Thus, part of my New Year's Resolution is to tell you all about the fantastic products you may not have heard of, but will wish you had a long time ago.

Sante's Lotus & White Tea line is simple, natural, effective, and affordable. If you read the ingredients list, you will be pleased to see the stuff you expect from your skin care: Shea butter, jojoba oil, and of course, lotus (Nelumbo Nucifera) and white tea (Camellia Sinensis). Many of the ingredients are certified organic, and none of the ingredients are synthetically derived or tested on animals. Every product in the line is also vegan. Sante's products are certified by the BDIH, one of the strictest certification bodies in the world for natural products.

This week, I have been using every product in the line, so that I could write about it from personal experience. Although I always have friends, family, and colleagues test everything before we sell it, I don't always get the opportunity to try it all myself. After all, there are only 365 days in a year, and we sell over 1400 products. ANYWAY, I was so thrilled with these products that it is with great excitement that I present to you a few of my favorites from the Sante Lotus & White Tea line of skin care:

Facial Cleansing Wipes:

Never get on a plane without these again. I also keep them in my gym bag. They clean and moisturize, so your face feels fresh but not dry. Safe for use around the eyes, they do a great job removing makeup, and you don't need to add water before using. You may even want to keep a pack in your purse.

Cleansing Milk:

Many customers ask me what to use to cleanse sensitive, dry, flakey skin. If you want the gentlest cleanser available, go with cleansing milk. Suitable for all skin types, but perfect for dry skin, this cleansing milk removes dirt and makeup but leaves the skin feeling incredible soft.

Exfoliating Peel:

I wish the Germans had a better word for this than "peel," because in my opinion, that sounds so harsh! In reality, this exfoliant smells like lilacs and after just one use my face felt considerably softer and looked noticeably brighter. It's a high-powered exfoliant, so I don't recommend using it more than once per week, but for a deep clean, this will now be on my weekly to-do list. I love love love it. Note: For $6.99, you get two sachets. I think you can easily get two applications out of each sachet, just be sure to wrap the open sachet well between uses.

24hour Moisture Cream:

For those of us who for one reason or another find ourselves living in the frozen tundra of the north, winter means flakes, redness, dry patches, and constant vigilance to keep our skin looking and feeling healthy. Many of you have contacted us asking about a good facial moisturizer that will stand up to unholy wind chills. Well, here it is. This moisture cream is amazing. Perfect for sensitive skin, great for everyone, I was surprised at the ability of this rich cream to keep my skin moist without it looking or feeling greasy. And a little goes a long way.

Lip Balm:

I was highly disappointed with myself when I realized this has been sitting in my store, totally ignored by me, until now. It is probably the best over-the-lipstick balm I have found to date. It's similar in texture to the Vaseline Lip Therapy, and has a subtle, opalescent pink shimmer to it. Every woman should have this in her lip balm collection.
